Choose a city, ballpark and name for your franchise. Set payroll, scouting, coaching, training and medical budgets. Hire coaches. Negotiate long-term contracts and avoid arbitration. Sign free-agents. Demote. Promote. Release. Set the 40-man roster. Invite players to spring training, then monitor your top prospects and proven stars in 18 spring training games.
